Delete your Hailo account.
Request deletion of your Hailo Caregiver account here. No sign-in required. You can also delete it inside the app: Profile › Account › Delete account.

Verify your email
Enter the email you sign in with and we send a 6-digit code, proof the request is really yours.

Review what happens
See what’s deleted, what the law requires us to keep, and what happens to your upcoming shifts.

Confirm
You’re signed out immediately. The account is permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period. You can cancel any time before then.
What’s deleted
Your caregiver profile (name shown in the app, photo, contact details, availability, service area, vehicle info), your sign-in credentials, your devices and notification settings, and your app preferences. Deletion is permanent 7 days after your request.
What’s kept, and for how long
Records we’re legally required to retain: visit records (EVV), including your name on visits you worked; time and payroll records; and signed documents. These are kept access-restricted for the retention period required by home-care, Medicaid/EVV, tax, and employment law (up to 7 years, longer where the law requires), then deleted or de-identified.
